It has only been less than a week that I've made a journal over here at Dreamwidth, and now I've gotten a paid journal valid for one month.

I must have done something good to you, dear anon, because I do know at the very least that I'm not worthy! But I sincerely thank you, really - you've given me one more reason to think why Dreamwidth has a lot of awesome users. Really, thank you! :)

I wish that I'll get to know whoever you are. I think you'd make a great friend. I'd want to meet you on LJ as well if ever you're there as well. Again, thank you! ^^

P.S. I do apologize if I've broken any rules, like.... posting two years after the last post?

Thank you

Yesterday was my birthday, and amongst the well wishes of friends, someone gave me a YEAR paid time to dreamwidth!!! Since the gift was anon, I have no idea if it was a friend giving a gift or just a wonderful random donor in a coincidence of timing.

In either case, please accept my gratitude with humble thanks and appreciation!

I don't know if the anonymous gift of six months paid time that I received was random or someone who "knew" me, but either way, thank you very much!

I was taken aback by the sudden upgrade to paid account status last week. I've been a daily poster to Livejournal and now to Dreamwidth for nearly five years, and maintained a paid account on LJ for three of those. The political and bizarre actions of LJ management caused me to cancel my paid subscription, and left me leary of subscribing to Dreamwidth. With the economic crash of the last twelve months, it's difficult for me to justify a paid subscription just yet, though I admit that so far, Dreamwidth management has been far more open than LJ's current style, and more like the original Livejournal focus that I liked so much.

So, thanks to the anonymous donors. Your help is appreciated. Right now it seems likely that when my renewal approaches, I'll dig deeply enough to pay it myself, but at the moment the extra little help is much appreciated.

Thank you!

Thank you, anonymous donor who gave me my first month ever of paid time. I'll have to play with the new features while I have them; we'll see if I get hooked.

to the anonymous donor who provided paid time to a random recipient. I was one of the recipients and I am very much enjoying it.

Thank you!
